The BRIDGE team is dedicated to promoting economic growth and prosperity throughout Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. With experience in traditional economic development, workforce development, housing development, research and marketing, and non-profit funding, we stand ready to assist communities, existing economic developers, and businesses.

McKenzie Templeton
Development Director
McKenzie joined the team in May 2024 from a background in nonprofit programming, workforce attraction/retention + development initiatives, and social media marketing. She is a graduate of the Roan Scholars Leadership Program and the organizer for TEDxJohnsonCity.
Scott Robertson
Communications Director
Scott came to the Hub after 20 years writing for and editing the Business Journal of Tri-Cities, TN/VA, where he achieved national recognition for persuasive writing supporting regional economic development. He was also Communications Director for United Way of Southwest Virginia.
Rebecca Davis
Finance Director
Rebecca has served as the Finance Director since March 2023. With more than 15 years of expertise in finances and a background in organizational, community, and economic development, she works to build systems and partnerships that transform organizations and communities.
John Rose
Executive Director
John spent 20 years building residential, commercial, municipal and industrial projects throughout the region before founding his own company, which built homes and developed subdivisions. Most recently he served as Economic Development Director for Kingsport, Tennessee.
